How to return an item?
It is very easy. Just follow these 4 steps:
❶ Email us to email@example.com with notice of your return.
❸ Re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.
❹ Return your package via the Post Office, remembering to get proof of postage. Keep it safe in case you need to use this as evidence of your return.

Return terms and conditions
We will refund you within 10 days from the day that we email you to confirm that we received your returned item(s).
We will usually refund any money received from using the same method used by you to pay for your purchase.
The customer must cover the shipping costs in both directions (dispatch and return). When returning an item(s), it must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags.
If the item(s) are not in the condition we described, we have the right to return the item back to the customer.
We check carefully every item(s) before dispatch. However, if there is an issue, because of our fault, we will cover all shipping costs for the return.
We do not accept returns for customised items (size, length or made in a different color).
